This transaction took place on Ebay. I paid promptly for merchandise that I won through this ebayer. He quickly received payment through Paypal and never shipped merchandise. Rudy wouldn't respond to emails. He claims with other buyers he doesn't respond to 500 emails. Well I only emailed him once/week to see the status of my order. It turns out that he does this to MANY, MANY people. It even seems like all of his postive feedback is probably fake.
I tried many times to resolve this matter through Rudy, but I have to receive any kind of explanation, or response for that matter.
Filing fraud complaints on Ebay & Paypal for items under $25 is nearly futile. It seems that this is Rudy's gig. He knows the system and continues to cheat people out of their money. Its about time this guy is stopped.
There are many others who have been cheated out of $20 here and $30 there. I only lost $25 but I would defintely like to stop this punk from doing this to other people.
If you have been ripped off by this guy, I encourage you to file a report on here as well. At least we can warn other people about him.
