They are the extended warranty replacement center for Sam's club. Filed a claim in January and they still have the computer. My daughter has been without her computer for over a month. Can't really get an answer from them when they will return computer. They have denied replacement for the computer even though the extended warranty claims they will replace computer. Don't believe not having the computer fixed for over a month is reasonable. It took 3 days to get a shipping box and then 3 more days until they received the computer on 2/1. We have been calling their center for over 3 weeks and can't get a straight answer.
