Did not fix my problem

On 33 March I bought SpeedyPC pro was told it would cost $29.97, I paid 39.97 for 2 linceses. I only have 1 PC on line. After the tech suppostedly fixed my computer within 5 minutes it crashed again with the same problem. I called the person I bought the computer from and found out that I did not need the "fix" that I got. The person told me that his computer had the same problem and when he called was told that he too needed an expensive upgrade. When I was told this and tried to explain that I could not afford this I was hung up on and the computer connection was disconnected. I have been having to try and find what I need to fix my computer after the tech went into a part of my computer that I can not get into because I need a password and did something but now I am having more trouble than I did before. I have tried to connect with the company for a refund so I can put it toward what the seller of my computer says I need, I dont know what to do since I cant afford to buy another computer.
