Charged my account for services I did not recieve nor sign up for Ripoff

I checked my bank balance March 13 to find a 49.95 charge from IWS*I PRO AUCTION whom I had no idea who it was.
I called the phone number on my bank statement and spent the next two weeks trying to speak to a supervisor at e-pro auction.

They would not let me speak to a supervisor, they would not do anything for me except insist that I ordered their product. I finally convinced them to cancel the account and give me a refund. They told me it would take 14 business days to refund my money. I told them that was unacceptable. They insisted I ordered their product because I was a ebay subscriber...??

I was called a liar and was still told I had to wait 14 business days for my refund. They also recorded all conversations and neglected to tell me they were recording.

Steer clear of these "we'll help you make money" advertisements and double check you account as it seems some companies are illegally aquiring credit card numbers and charging them at their will.
