In August of I ordered Nads Gel via check by phone. On October 16 my checking account was deducted the amount of the product. Between August and October I moved. Once I noticed the deduction I contact the customer service deparment of Nads to let them know that I was charged for a product I never received and no longer want.
They tried to find me in their computer using my old and new address and could not be found. I was told to fax them proof of the charge, which I did, along with my new address for my refund.
In January of after not having heard from them, I called again and was told that the home office needed to check into this and my check would arrive in 3-4 weeks. After 4 weeks and no refund, I called and finally spoke with a supervisor who assured me that my refund would be forthcoming and to wait another 3-4 weeks.
After six weeks and no refund, I called again and demanded to speak to this supervisor. She was busy and would get back to me. I demanded to speak with the supervisor's supervisor and was told there was no other supervisor. After making this customer service representative ask this supervisor numerous questions regarding the dates my refund would be in the mail, I was told, yet again, wait 7-10 days. I am at my wits end.
