I ran a virus scan on PC Pitstop, it said i had a virus and said to use eTrust PestPatrol Anti-Spyware to remove it. So i signed up for the 30 day FREE trial.
I was charged 19.95 and then i was charged another 29.95 one month later. I have called the company and sent several emails to get this taken care of and all i get is promises to have my money refunded but as of today 3-15-06 they still have not done so.
The program didn't work to remove it like it said it did and they wont refund the money that they took WITHOUT MY authorization.
