Over three months have passed since I places my original order with Overstock.com.
In that time, I have cancelled the order and a subsequent order which was also never acted upon.
To this day, I have yet to have received a refund on my credit card meaning I am out of pocket over 300 dollars. This is not a huge amount, but it is enough to piss me off.
I hope others will heed the warning, that overstock.com is neither reliable not capable of handling orders at the current time and until new management or a new customer service framework is implemented, they are not to be used as an online service.
