Your Choice Inc./RR Escape did not cancel my account when asked and charged me $580 additionally

I had canceled this service in february and was charged by rr escape and unlimited communications a total of $580.

They did verify that the account was never used and that it was canceled by me in february.

They asked me to send bank statements showing the deductions from my account.

I did so and they sent me a letter saying that they would reimburse me $39. If I did not pursue it any further.
