Ripoff Paid 9.99USD for domain and 10USD/Month for reseller account but never got any

I paid 9.99USD for my domain www.goldnetpay.com and 10USD for a reseller account for one month.

The domain was never registered and I never got any receipt for my purchase.

The website is automated and everything seem real and the website is still alive.

Help shut it down so others won't fall victim please.
