Ripped off by TANNING LOTION CENTRAL

I ordered over $75.00 worth of products. After waiting 3 wks I sent an email to one "Brian Walker" inquiring about shipment. The reply was "your order will be shipped tomorrow. Sorry for the delay". After waiting another few wks I sent a few more emails inquiring about the shipment which I still had not received. I never did get a reply. I have never heard from tanning lotion central or Brian Walker again.
