I purchased a minibike from GoKartsUSA on 2/6. It shipped on 2/8 according to the website. It is now 2/24 and the bike has not arrived nor have I gotten a call from the freight company to alert me of a tentative delivery date. I have sent numerous emails without a single reply. Every phone call is unanswered by their automated system, or I am just redirected to the website to contact customer service via email, which I have already done. When I WAS able to get a human on the phone there, they told me on at least 2 occasions that they couldnt find the tracking number. It is ridiculous to spend $1000 and up on an item (that requires special freight shipping) and be told, Sorry, no tracking information is provided. Thankfully I was able to file a dispute with the credit card company and will hopefully get my money back. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB. Stay away from this company.
