Fusion Telecom deducted $25 dollars from my checking account in January when my so-called account was cancelled on March 29. I never signed up for an account to begin with, my credit card company gave my name out and for $1 I would get a gift card to Walmart with NO OBLIGATION to buy the services. I called and canceled the account immediately. I was still charged money back then and never saw the gift card.
I dropped it, I wasn't going to worry about $25 even though they promised a refund. That was until they recently stole the money from my account.
I tried to contact the company several different ways: e-mail through their website (which came back as an error), call all the numbers listed only to sit on hold for over 30 minutes until they disconnected me, and left a message on the voice mail to no return call.
I did file a report with the BBB but after reading what this website has to say about that I had to rethink that and possibly file criminal charges. All this over $25, it's a shame this company can't make themselves more legit.
