I was pestered on an ongong basis from a desperate telemarketer, for quite some time. Finally one day, I heard him out. He promised me several gifts for trying Fusion Telecom, including airline vouchers, A walmart gift card for $250. And a free gas card. I told the rep I rarely dialed long distance, but he insisted. Promising I could cancel at anytime!
I said go ahead, only because of the incentives. I received the calling card, but never received anything else! Now I am charged $69.00 and have never received anything, but the useless card! I phoned the customer service and spoke to Melissa. She was rude and condesending!
She informed me that they were not affiliated with the company's that sent the gifts?! She then played back the recording that clearly said they would receive the vouchers for airline tickets with-in 4 days! At that point she admitted they had never been sent, but said I was still charged $69.00 for the calling card! Kind of Oh, well! Then she hung up on me!
