Okay folks, enough is enough. This company has been scamming for WAY too long and getting away with it until now. Please contact me to be included in the suit against this company. I wanted to use this company for exactly what it said I could. Either sell stuff on Ebay or order stuff wholesale and have it dropshipped to my door for my own use. The company has a phone number that only tells you to email them when you call it. They oly offer email support according to them. I have been in contact with the certain divisions of the FBI, my local authorities, the two attorneys that I work with, as well as a private investigator about finding out who is really behind this and where they are. (unless the FBI does first)

If the owner/operator of the company is reading this..."knock, knock"..."knock, knock"... You will hear the front door soon. Nervous yet? Your scamming days are numbered. Anyway I am filing a class action suit against them, so if you are a victim of this scam... And want to pursue this case to get your money back, send your story and a way I can contact you. There will be no fees unless the team of attorneys collect. So no money is needed and if colleceted, fees will be taken out of the money awarded back to you.

Here are the emails I sent back and forth to them for your use/reference. There is hope, don'g give up and let them do this to people anymore. I am not the attorney who will be handling this, but there is a team chosen. Please let me fight for you. So be sure and send me your story, most of us can get our money back according to law as well as have them prosecuted criminally for their actions. Below is the emails back and forth:

My initial email: I need a phone number to contact your company. One that allows me to speak with someone instead of listening to a recording that tells me to just send you an email. I have logged in right after I paid you 149 dollars only to find that everyone on Ebay is selling the exact same products for LESS than you offer it wholesale to me on this website. I can't make a dime from using this and I believe this service is a scam. I would like to talk to someone about getting a refund immediately. I am a Missouri attorney who can be contacted anytime at (*) *-* or through email with intructions on obtaining a refund

Their Reply: Dear customer

We only offer email support. Regarging the prices, please send us a few item numbers with the URL of the item you are finding for less on ebay. We do our best to keep the prices below ebay.

My second email: This is my second attempt requesting a refund. I would like a refund. I am within the statue of limitations on contacting you requesting a refund. Please refund my money in the amount of $144.99. You may send my refund in a timely manner to: * * (my address was here), state, zip If no response is provided within five (5) business days, I will pursue this legal matter further utilizing all options to make sure that you are reported to every agency possible that governs your actions on the local, county, state, and federal levels as a business - as well as pursue this matter further in court in attempt to obtain the refund that is entitled to me plus any applicable fees. I am awaiting your prompt response,

Their reply: We are declining your request. As we stated, we require the information as requested to consider your refund.

My third email: Are you aware of the fraud and scam reports on file with the Federal Bureau of investigation about your company? The reports on usacomplaints.com and also compaints with the better business bureau as well as your ISP? If I do not get my refund (which I am allowed BY LAW) I will be forced to begin a class action lawsuit against your company, as well ans emply the help of the FBI for investigative and criminal ramification purposes. This is your last opportunity to agree to refund my $149.99 in a timely manner. I need notification of this refund in less that five (5) business days. If this obligation is not met, I will be forced to begin legal pursuit of not only the money you owe me, but the many who have been impacted by your internet fraud/scam. There are many willing to take interest in this suit, not only me, and we will use any legal means possible to get your company prosecuted to the full extent of the law. I do not know if oyu are aware of the seriousness of this matter, but time is of the essence to resolve this matter before I employ my legal efforts. Their reply: We do not endorse people that buy our packages just to shop around for deals. If your claims are legimitate then we will issue a refund.

So thats about it. No refund as of today. The legal pursuit for my money as well as many others begins NOW. Please email me with your story if you would like to be contacted about getting your money back. I'm sure as heck following through. No one is getting away with scamming me like this. It's not about the refund... It's the principal or the matter. Hell, you guys can have my money if I get it back. I want them shut down for scamming.
