I signed up via telephone w/vonage broadband in april. Cancelled, mailed their equipment back to them. E-mailed them to cancel also received confirmation of termination but this company continued to receive monthly payments from my account.
Bank will not stop payment states it is a courtesy and suggested that i contact the company. As of yesterday jan. 24 terminated again by a person calling himself rohan, given account#1002855204. Referred me to website to view my bill after informing me i will receive payment of 250.16. What shall i do.
