Freepay
Put me on hold for something that was beyond my conrol refused to give free items after earned. Ripoff Internet

I filled out a report because I have been put on "hold" by Freepay. They have no reason to put me on hold. First off, they wouldn't take my explanation. Secondly, they have put me on hold on all their accounts while only citing violations on one of the accounts.

This is unfair. They are trying to get out of giving me the free electronics that I have earned. It is convenient that they do this at the end of my accounts completion. I'm sure this has happened to other people. Please speak up.

This company must be brought to justice.
