I began my request for a refund with the following e-mail:
When I signed up for imusicshare, I was already a member of limewire Pro, but did not realize that the download mechanism for imusicshare was also limewire. For this reason I am asking for a refund of my membership to imusicshare.
I received the following reply to my request:

Also, you can try the other 2 programs in the member's area and let me know how you do!

I did not ask for any other assistance in using theie program, but instead of honoring my request as their website says they will do, this was all they were willing to do.
