Ripoff false advertising - deceitful & rude

I'm finding out quickly that I am not the only one who has been ripped off by this company.

I spoke to Wanda, supposedly the person in the highest position, several times before deciding to place my first order. I ordered the lot of "Brand New VS Bottoms". Before ordering however, I called to verify that the pants I would receive were current and up to date styles. I was told (and I quote) that the styles I would receive were "2 to 3 months out of the catalog" I told her of a bad experience that I had had with another wholesaler who sent me jeans and pants that were from Victoria's Secret (Moda or London Jeans) but were so outdated in style that I wasn't even able to get rid of them for 99cents on eBay! She laughed and said she remembered speaking to me about that before and assured me yet again that the lot I would receive would ONLY contain items 2 or 3 months out.

A week after payment I call "Lisa" who tells me that my order has already been shipped and that it is coming directly from Victoria's Secret (hmmm...) Another week passes and I email Lisa again asking this time for either a tracking number or a refund. This time she emails me back and says it was shipped "yesterday".

Finally, Jan. 20th comes and I receive my "goods" from MyWebWholesaler. Imagine my surprise when I open the box to find the EXACT same style of jeans that had been sent to me ONE YEAR AGO! There were several of the same style jeans.

I made a call again to MyWebWholesaler to inform them that I was flat out lied to about what I would receive in this lot of "NEW" Victoria's Secret bottoms. I was told that I am an "uneducated" buyer — it is entirely undisputable that these jeans I received are NOT current NOR 2 to 3 months out of the catalog if I received the same ones from a different company last year! Wanda dodged my questions telling me that there is no supervisor above her that I could talk to. She informed me that my only recourse would be to complete a form on their website (a form that I could not later find), that she then would forward the form on to the correct dept., they would email her back and then she would call me.

I told her that I simply wanted to return this package and receive a refund. She told me that she could not do that for me and now (conveniently) does not ever remember speaking to me before but insists that the items I received are new and current. When I inform her that I received the same pair a year ago, she changed her story & said that if I wanted current V.S. Clothing, I would have to go to the store and buy them!

When I insisted on speaking to someone else, she hung up on. When I called back, I spoke to a representative who obviously knew of my situation and told me that they were not going to discuss this with me any further and that I am and "obnoxious" customer. I was spoken to rudely and hung up on for the 2nd time in a row.

MY WEBWHOLESALER IS THE WORST OF THE WORST - I have NEVER dealt with a company whose representatives are so unprofessional and rude. The products that I received could possibly bring in $20 IF I am lucky! I have filed a BBB report and a claim with my credit card company that I received misrepresented items. After the way I was spoken to, I will see this through to the end. I hope that you, the reader, are reading this BEFORE you get ripped off by MyWebWholesaler like so many others have. You may also note that they have several complaints filed against them in the BBB... Something I wish I would have researched before making a purchase with them.
