I bought an off lease IBM Think Pad form theme. The sales rep told me the lap top was fully serviced and refurbished and it will last for years.
It lasted less than 9 months and they wouldn't do anything to deal with the issue. I guess they don't believe in the life time value of a customer.
To everyone out there do not buy anything from tiger direct!
