Ripoff Unreliable Website and Practices Fraudulent Billing and Bad Service

This company is a rip-off to the extreme. They finance you under other various creditors ranging from electroc companies to dental and medical credit to get paid in full and heightens their chance to avoid dealing with consumer complaints and refunds. Their websites freeze up all the time in Skillsoft Training and I spent countless hours with the New Zealand HelpDesk tweaking everything to their stupid requests to try to get their terrible software to work. I was also lied to about interest-free financing and saw that they tried to sneak it in my third or fourth billing statement. I complained about that too and it disappeared fast i tell ya. I complained shortly after the gaurantee deadline because I was just simply having too much problems and not getting services rendered to me under a contract as well as increased suspicion of their practices and service. It is now 2 years later and I have been sued with a civil summons for the demand of 1600.00 with added late fees upon my grievance and detailed explanation pf problems relating to the company as well as myself with personal needs relating to my disability. I have very little evidence to go by and basically only can use hearsay and some documented evidence of my letters to them as well as my complaint to the Better Business Bureau. They have declined my request for a refund because of the contractual agreement and that they say the website and software works fine. I can never get them on the phone, I always get the voicemail and when have tried to call back they just keep asking me to call help desk call help desk call help desk. My complaint simply comes way after my tolerance for this silly defect. Please everyone do not fall for this scam and let's all make a point to every business to have good faith to address complaints and resolutions in a proper manner. What happened to good old fashioned customer service? GREED and Desperation. Claiming money that is not rightfully theirs and in basic terms they breached the contract first. No services for dues paid. Don't be gullible and take classes cheaper locally and with hands-on experience. I am definetely interest to join any class act lawsuit against them and would appreciate any advice on my case.
