Ripoff, unauthorized charge on debit card

Upon checking my debit bank account online on Dec. 23, I noticed a deduction of $9.95 from RSIPartners @ 1-800-507-0825. I had no idea of who this company was until I did a web search for it. They do web page integrations with web search engines for your web page. Since I do my own web page development, I don't forsee ever needing this type of service from anyone.

This was an unauthorized deduction on my card. Since it is the holiday I've not been able to make contact with anyone. But on Monday I'll cancel current debit card, dispute the charge.

So far at RSI I've only have gotten an answering machine.
I've filed with the Better Business Bureau of Maryland.
