I ordered a memory chip from onsale.com, and on their web site it said product was in stock or I wouldn't have ordered it. The following day I went to track my order and their web site said product was now on back order. I called, and e-mailed company that I wanted to cancel this order and was verbally told my credit card would be credited within 24 hours. Here we are 2 weeks later and no refund. I have e-mailed so many times they probably blocked me by now, and nobody will respond. I keep calling and nobody will answer the phone, or if they do, and twice now they did. They put me in someones voice mail box and I have had no calls returned. All I want is my money back. My order # with onsale.com was F0063242. I would never shop at this place again, what a way to treat a customer.
