My complaint is about customer service, and the merchandise that is being sold. It is sold as is or you can buy an extended warranty which is no good what I understand.
Now to my complaint. I had a computer system bought for me because I recently became disabled so I could try to make some money to help my income.
I had problem with the computer within the 14 days of the instore warranty but they would not take care of the problem. They said that it was passed the date and that they could send it off to be repaired and that I would have to pay for the shipping.
After numerous calls to the store they told me to bring it in and they would look at it so I did. They kept it a week and I had to call to see if it was ready they said to come and pick it up that it was ready. The computer was still not working. They told me that they could not do anything about. And give me back the computer and told me to have a good day.
I have written circuit city and still no results. I have written the better business bureau. I have also done some research and found that they have a complaint from virginia bbb and it about failing to honor warranties it was filed in dec. 6 2004. Let's get this message across to all consumers. Thank you.
