What a joke of a company. I think it's nothing more than someone's garage.
I ordered some networking equipment I needed on Sunday evening. I even agreed to pay $50 for overnight shipping (It ended up being only $18 at BUY.com)
I got an email confirmation that if they "need to, they will call me for verification"; note the part that says "if they need to"
Nobody called on Monday, so everything must be ok, right? Came around Tuesday; no shipping. I log in to check the status and it says "need customer to call"
So my network is down, and I have to call them? No emails from them, no calls from them. Just have the customer figure out himself!
What a joke. I called and after 20 minutes of running around in circles on the automated system, I got a hold of somebody.
I told him I need this equipment today, so since they can't accomodate that, go ahead and cancel.
His response: OK; done
Mice customer service. Thanks for wasting my time for two days and trying to rip me off on the shipping.
Imagine if I had a problem with the order. I would have never had any help.
My lesson: stay with the big guys (buy, Amazon, CDW)
