I purchased a camera from Tiger Direct in September because it offered a $50 rebate. I filed the rebate with onrebate.com exactly as required within the specified time, confirmed my filing and mailed in my paperwork. My rebate was accepted on 9/27/06 as stated on their website. The rebate terms stated that I would receive my refund in 8 to 10 weeks after the rebate was accepted. It has been 14 weeks and NO REBATE. It shows clearly on the website that no payment has been sent. I have sent two emails with NO RESPONSE. I have made a total of 5 phone calls and waited on hold up to 2 hours and 15 minutes before I finally gave up. No one ever answered the phone. I can't complain about bad customer service with a company that has absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Apparently, when the President calls other people to resolve their problems, its because he is the only customer service employee. I think this place is a joke. I will no longer purchase from Tiger Direct because of this issue. You better beware if you want to buy from Tiger Direct. If the price isn't good without the rebate, don't buy it. You won't get the rebate from onrebate.com anyway.
