I sent the following letter to the Better Business Bureau of Arizona and the Attorney General of Arizona Consumer Complaint Division. It took a little work but I found them both online and printed complaint forms and mailed them in.
After a few weeks guess who called, your right, The Results Group. First they offered me $600.00 to settle I said no way. Then they offered me $1950.00 which they finally gave me. I'm not completely satisfied of course but half your money back is better then nothing so I took it. I should have held out for more but they keep insisting that was all they would give. If everyone on this page did the same thing it might have an affect. Don't give up fight back!

I was looking to start a home based business and filled out a questionnaire online. The Results Group called me and I agreed to send them one hundred and fifty dollars to start a business. I talked to a boy; I believe his name was Alex Adler.
I assumed this was a legitimate business except the gambling website bothered me. He said no problem we'll get rid of the gambling, you can just work Amazon and Overstock. I had heard of Amazon and Overstock and figured anything with them involved could not be a sham.
Then a few days later Niki Robinson called me about advertising. This is how the business was explained to me by Niki Robinson, She said that some people were making 50 even a 100 thousand a year. I think she exaggerated the truth to a great extent. If you want to make money you need to advertise. We want to sell you some PROVEN advertising.
You are purchasing thirty thousand clicks of advertising for four thousand dollars. 30,000 clicks. You can expect a 80% response. The average person spends 85$
Take a low, low percentage rate, let's say 20 percent. The actual percentage rate is of course much higher, closer to sixty five to eighty percent.

I asked her to put some of this in writing. She said she would but I never received anything about projected revenues in writing. She said I would receive a check in January; that also was a lie. She said I had to decide right now or this offer was no longer available. That was when I should have hung up the phone.
It is now February and I have not received a cent. I have, however, received two visa bills with 90 dollars in finance charges. When I complained to The Results Group they said they would waive the hosting fees for the websites but they proceeded to charge my credit card.
When I complained further, they said I had to send them a copy of my visa account reflecting the charges. No other legitimate company has ever asked me to do such a thing. If they charged me, they should know it.
Whenever I call now they just say I have to be patient. They are saying now I may have to wait until halfway through my campaign to make any money. What a total switch now that they have my money. To date they have over four thousand dollars of my money and I have nothing to show for it except visa bills.
