First of all I'd like to say I was feeling like a fool. For the first time in 10 years I've been ripped off by an internet company. I've always bought things "off" the internet and always had that nagging feeling "What if this is the one". For many years many companies proved me wrong... They were honest and true to their word... And then I ordered from LeanLife PM.
Not only is "Jake" a dishonest businessman, and I use the word "businessman" loosely, he's a rude, arrogant person who will soon be taken down a peg or two.
I can read, and I DID read the terms of your product and I would like to state that like many others, I sent emails, called 5 -10 times a day for 2 weeks to cancel my order prior to the 14 days that I had and I did not receive a confirmation letter nor a phone call.
You sir, and I use the term sir loosely also, did not honour your own disclaimer. You told us that if we did not like your product we could cancel, what you failed to tell us was that you would not have anyone answering your phones nor would you reply to any emails. You haven't heard the last of me yet. I'm not ignorant and I will not be cheated out of something I work so hard for.
You should be ashamed of yourself.
