I ordered a 'free' sample of their lean life pm. I got the product and used it for 4 days in a row. It made me sick and I couldn't sleep. I did not lose any weight either.
I was online with my bank and noticed a debit for $99.90 on 10/31/05 to Lean Life. I have sent two emails and contacted them by phone. The person who answered my call was rude and confrontational. She said it's not their fault if I didn't read the disclaimer about deducting money from my account. I asked to speak with a supervisor and she said she was one. I asked to speak to her boss and she said she was the only person I could speak to. Then she said I was rude and she didn't have to take that from me. I told her I wasn't being rude, I just wanted to return this junk and get my money back. She said no. I finally hung up on her.
I then looked at the web site again and couldn't find any company information all I had to go on was the phone number and that was how I found this site.
I have forwarded my email I sent them to the Missouri State Attorney General and I will also send to the BBB and if I can find their address, I will send to the Chamber of Commerce for their city and state.
