Ripoff Members Edge charged me $16.30 through Verizon which I never signed up for

Since February of this year I have been telling Members Edge to remove $16.30 charges (Inever signed up for anything). They keep saying we will take care of it but they don't. The bill shows up every month on my Verizon monthly bill. Any advice?
