My name is John Pham, I ‘ d like to report about the matter happened at Toyota Place Dealer at Garden Grove in South California. Yesterday (Sunday) I came to that Dealer to look for a Toyota Camry 2012 and the Sale man name Vu Tran, he introduced me one Toyota camry 2012 lightblue color with millage 18.000 with the price $19,988 and and 1 hr to deal the price and they sold me that car with the price $392.00 for 60 months, while awaiting to deal the price, I had sometimes to request him take me go out to see that car again but he and one man stop me to go out to check that car, they said that we need stay at the desk to deal until done and I will take you to see the car but then then they ignored until the price done and they send me and my wife to the refinance room for signed on papers. When everythings done, they take both out to give that car to us, they gave us one key only and when I drive that car I check that, the car I bought is standard there is no power at driver seat as my syster bought and then I check on internet (Bluebook) for that car’s price and the car I bought from them actually cost $17,500 only. Today I cameback to request them adjust the price base on bluebook and another dealer 4 miles apart name Elmore Toyota cheaper them. There is some reason I don’t check the car, because I trust them I was thinking they are Vietnamese so what they said always true and they are talking same language with us so they will always help us but actually they try to find a lot of reasons to ignore my matter. I have a friend, 2 year ago she bought a Toyota camry 2011 brandnew with the price $389.00 a month for 60 months. Could you think, Is it fair for me if I buy the old car with that price? And the Service of them is not nice with customers, they just nice when they are not selling the car for customers yet and after they completed the job they will ignore when we have a problems or complains.
