Deceptive employees, buy two systems denied rebates ripoff

I purchased two complete computer systems with monitors and printers. The two separate systems were bundle packages. Each with their own rebates associated with the specific items in the bundle. Both computers were E-Machines (different models), printers were Lexmark (same models), Monitors were E machine (different models). One for me and one for my parents.

We chose these due to their huge rebates, some being offered by E-machine, some by Lexmark and some by Best Buy themselves. These totaled 690.00. We asked the young man if there was any issue with all these rebates being collected, I noted that there were two Lexmark rebates which may be conflicting. I also mentioned the Best Buy bundle rebates (2x150$) where 150 is for one system and 150 for the other system but are under the "Bundle" title.

I asked if I would get these because the printout states one rebate per offer etc etc.

He confirmed that the rebates would all be honored because I was purchasing two separate and different systems even though a couple of the rebates were being duplicated from one bundle to the other.

He went on to print off each and every rebate, two CPU's, two monitors, two printers (same make/model), two bundle deals (same $ amount but different systems). I asked if it was an issue sending these all to one address because the "terms" state one household per offer etc. He went on to say that they were two separate systems and it was not like I was buying 10 printers and trying to get all ten rebates, these were two separate systems and I would get all the cash.

Needless to say I am now short 230 bucks. 150 from Best buy, 50 from emachines and 30 from lexmark. I went back and the young man denied telling me that I would get back all the cash. He went on to say that he told me was "you will not get all the rebates back because some are doubled" So now I'm a lier and he is lying to my face. The manager told me to try and resubmit the offers. Sorry can't do that, it's illegal as I found out. They already have me in the system as being rejected under my customer service PIN which is on the original receipt. Nice try, and from a manager.

I specifically asked the guy over and over b/c we were looking at 690 dollars. All he had to say was, "you'll have to make two separate transactions" or "send the conflicting rebates to different addresses" Anything, just don't lie to me and cost me money in the end. So much for the customer is always right

Sorry, long winded. I'm sure most can related, I've been going on about this for two weeks.
