I am the mother of a teenage boy who is going into his first year of high school. I let him pick out a pair of sneakers from champkicks.com. It has been over 5 weeks and nothing. I have sent at least ten e-mails, and twice as many phone calls. The phone just rings and rings and rings, or is constantly busy. I am outraged. Something has to be done. They cant just get away with this!
