My son worked all summer to buy a pair of shoes from this company, i placed the order july 28th they took the money out of the account on july 29th said my order will be here in 5-8 working days, well today is Sept. 15th 2005 and still no shoes, i called the number on their site and the person said they couldn't help me i had to e-mail (champkicks @yahoo.com) and each time i have done so they say it will be 5-8 working days, as of 2 weeks ago they stopped answering my emails about my oder.
How do i go about getting a refund
