This vendor goes under several names, including dvdhitshop.com, dvd5.com, cheapdvd.com. They never send complete orders, always short ship and not as reported on their web sites, give [store] credits instead of refunds. You end up with lots of credits which you can never fully use because they either never send and/or short ship again.
Currently, their websites are unavailable and emails are returned undeliverable therby indicating they may be out of bunsiness, and have several credit card disputes pending.
These vendors need to be investigated for fraud and other business practices.
