I tried to have internet / cable installed in my apartment July 23rd. The building was built in 1996 so it's not that old. They found that the line was bad.
They said they would send someone to fix it and now it's been over a month later. I have no cable/internet and I received a bill for over $66 for my services.
After talking to many people in Comcast all I have received is a bunch of open then closed repair tickets saying that I will be called and someone will come to fix my line.
They even gave me a number that doesn't work. I'm no closer to getting service now. I now had Direct TV installed and because I can't get DSL I'm stuck.
All I get is the run around from them. They don't care if I get service or how long I wait.
