Well unfortunately I ordered from these people, a couple of weeks later, I recieved a defective Dual Layer DVD burner. While waiting I called to say what's taking so long. I was told I would get a credit for the shipping and handling as an apology.
I called tech support and they never got back to me. I called to complain, I was given an RMA number and that another unit would, well I'm still being told in 24 to 48 hours. So I canceled the order for the replacemnt. No the redit that I'm looking for won't be processed until they recieve the return. But the original credit for shipping and handling I was told (today) would take 48 to 72 hours to process. Well, it is two and a half weks later and they say they processed the credit and don't know why I haven't recieved, but they'll look into it. At this point I'm I'm not holding my breath.
