I was looking for a company to help promote my website, obviously there are a ton of them out there, after chatting w/customer service online I decided to go with thetrafficstream.com. They promised 10,000 unique HITS to my site for aproximately $40.00. I figured not alot of money if it doesnt work, so I gave them my debit card for $40. The 24 hour turn around time for my campaign to be up and running turned into almost two seeks. When it was finally running it showed serves being made, but I still have not received even one of the 10,000 hits they promised, so I asked for my money back just like they said in their advertisement on the internet. No reply... I chatted w/Jaun and Chris (who was never even nice letalone helpful before they ripped me off) they both said Keith is in charge of refunds. The next day, still no refund I got on chat again and asked for Keith, they said to try again after 3 pm. Still no response. Finally Juan told me to e-mail sales and then disconnected our chat. He basically hung up on me via the internet. I have sent Keith two more e-mails telling him that all I want is my money back but still... No response! I'm just glad I only lost $40, but as I have explained to them, taking advantage of people is just no way to do business! I want my $40 back Keith!
