Ripoff cannot get refund for returned merchandise

Returned item to seller (via UPS insured) on July 6th. On July 7th, I called the (405) 330-4430 phone number listed on their website. A recording comes on stating this number is for orders only. All other inquiries are to call (405) 794-1714. When you call that number you are told to correspond via email.

Emailed seller on July 7th asking how I would receive my refund. Seller replied on July 7th stating that I would receive a credit to my PayPal account. I was also told that there would be a 15% re-stocking fee for returned items, which is not stated anywhere on their website.

On August 7th, I emailed the seller asking when I could expect to see my refund credited to my PayPal account. On August 8th, seller replied will send a refund check this week. At this time I have not received a credit to my PayPal account, or a check in the mail. Since it is past 45 days, PayPal will not take action against this seller. I believe sellers knows this and stalls.

Additionally, I have filed complaints with the state of Oklahoma BBB, AOL, PayPal, and econsumer. Gov. I will also file complaints with Fraud.org and the IFCC (Internet Fraud Complaint Center working with the FBI).
