Add yet another victim to the list of people ripped-off by Global Resources, Inc.
We foolishly sent them $13,000 believing they were a legitimate company. That was a couple months ago. To date, no money, no machine, no location, and obviously none of them have a conscience (or integrity).
We have filed a complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Commerce. Do date, we have heard nothing from them.
Do not make the same mistake we did and send them money!
We have formally requested our money back. They continually give us a song and dance about how they are processing our request—and that this process takes a couple weeks. Week after week passes but no response, no money, no machine, no integrity.
Jay Alexander in their customer service department claim that the President's name is Stewart Pope. We have left message after message for Stewart with no response. I question his existance!
Charles H. Bronson, Florida State Agriculture and Consumer Services Commissioner, has taken legal action—but they continue to operate and scam people:

Had they closed them when first reported, we would not have been scammed.
When investigating them we search the WEB but found no information about them. Now, of course, information appears plentiful.
We are currently exploring our legal options. We need the money back. We can afford to be without it.
