Hostway sold me a product with a one-year shelf life.
After it expired, Hostway continued to bill my credit card without my knowledge, approval or consent for purportedly servicing a product that was already expired.
Hostway's Terms of Use do not state that hosting plans for expired domains will automatically renew until a plan is cancelled.
Accordingly, I am prepared to attest to the fact that it has been my own personal experience that Hostway has employed fraudulent, misleading, and deceptive business practices, unconscionable actions, and breaches of good faith; along with willful, knowing and deliberate consumer fraud that is immoral, unethical, oppressive, and unscrupulous.
