Paid 220.00 down payment for credit on a cpu system along with 39.00 processing fee in summer of 2003 to so called AIPCS.com aka artifical intellegence. Never recieved cpu or refund. Better Business Bureau never helped in any way as they said they couldn't do anything.
Basically lost 250.00 with no compensation or knowledge if they got busted for this ridiculous and unethical business act. I am a college student with low resources of income and they stole it. I hope they rot in jail for at least 10 years; they deserve it.
