Ripoff fraudulent software will not install on computer, cheap copy software sent with a typed letter with no letter head or signiture and a activation code that is 3 lines long

I thought this was a ligitament company because they were selling tracking software for UPS and FedEx. Their web page is very beliveable.

I ordered the software on line for $49.95 with rush delivery, costing me $89.95. When I recieved it 5 days later it was a small brown envelope with a CD and a hand typed letter. The CD was a copy with a scratch and a cheap label. The letter had no letter head on it, no signiture, with an activation code that is 3 lines long, with capital and lower case letters and numbers, that get you nowhere.

The web site the letter gives is bogus and the e-mail address keeps returning all the mail saying the mail box is full.
