I purchased the Allume Morpheus Photo Morpher on the 6/19, today I (May/26) tried to work with but it shuts off without any reason, since I have the installation cd I decided to uninstall and install again. Now when I try do install it asks me for an activation code, I have no idea where it is I do not remember if this software came in the box with this code or whatever since I have this for about two years. I included the prove of purchase. And they reply to me:
"Unfortunately, we cannot replace lost activation code. You always need a 16 letter activation code to install our
programs. If you purchased a boxed version from a reseller, they may have put the activation code on the cd sleeve or manual. Please contact that reseller directly for more information"
I am reporting this to alert people not to buy anything from this business because they sell you a buggy software and do not allow you to fix.
