This guy posted on ebay a jacket. Which I won back in the start of April. I paid for it using paypal and thank god I did. Two weeks later I still hadn't gotten the jacket.
So I wrote him a few times asking where it was. I got to the point I was like just refund me the money. Then all the sudden the jacket shows up. O wait wrong one not even close to the one I bought. I sent it back the next day.
I then send him an email what is the deal where is the jacket at this point I told him all I wanted was a refund. Days go by NOTHING. I contact paypal and start a refund with them. I write him again telling him I started this via PayPal.
STILL NO EMAIL FROM HIM. Then I get one finally and it's I am so sorry my "daughter" sent it out for me. I am a single dad I have just been busy.
I didn't want his excuses I wanted a refund. I told him if I didn't get my refund I was going to leave him negative feedback.

Bottom Line my once good score now gone. This guy is a fraud and if it wasn't for buying via PayPal I would have lost the money too.
