Ripoff, They claim one thing and don't deliver. They have no contact or support for customers Internet

They charge for music and movie downloads but even when your system far exceeds their recommended requirements it takes more than 72 hours (and counting) to get anything. This is without doing anything else on the computer... There is no real contact or customer service, just a sketchy little faq page that doesn't help at all... BJ
