Ebay And Paypal Deceptive and Coniving What they do is Unlawful!

First off I have been an Ebay seller for over a year now 100% feedback. I sold an $800.00 item to a person who was in Russia and wanted it sent to Germany. I got the item back a month later after the Russian threated extortion with a $15,300 lawsuit for moral and material damages. Buyer refused to give the proper shipping address and constantly harrased me. Paypal policies are supposedly they do not tolerate user to user threats. I refunded the money to where they had to sign for it. They even went in through the Ebay mail system and said I could give them my $8000 Tanzanite I had for sale and we would be even. I recieved a mail from Ebay saying that they did not violate any policies. Extortion is allowed on Ebay in case you didn't know. Then I recieved notice that my selling account was limited until I furnished the folowing things: Front and back copy of my driver's license (no problem), copy of my credit card statements (problem they have no right), and copy of my invoices (no problem). I wrote to them and told them I refused to give a copy of my credit card statement. Never heard back. But then a few days later when they realized I was not going to give in Paypal called asking about an expensive item I sold they asked the following: Where do you get your merchandise, how much do you pay for it, and when will it be shipped. I complied and told them everything. Not two minutes after I was off the phone with them I logged into my account and I was limited. It stated suspcious buyer activity. I called and asked which buyer because I was concerned about this item I had to ship. They assured me it was not a suspicious buyer activity and this is PayPal's way of getting information from you. (lovely) They also can run a credit check on you at any time they feel like it. I then had no choice but to comply with sending the documents to them. I faxed them over through a company that I paid to do it. When I called again to check if they had recieved it they told me no I may need to fax them again. This time I put my foot down and said no I have copy of the transmission report it went through just fine. They also told me they have no fax machines at their office. Then I recieved a e-mail from buyer stating that paypal called him on the phone and told him they were concerned because there are a lot of high paying scams out there and I may be one of them. At this point I was livid. I had to profuesly apologize and send over all the documents to him to let him know that I am legitmate, I also called several times. This time PayPal was crossing the line. My account was restored but I took every dime out of my paypal account. I will never use Ebay or PayPal again. They can hold your money for 180 days for no reason close your account for no reason and reverse your transactions for no reason. I went into to check what their definition of reversed transaction meant. It means that the bank reversed your transaction an did not approve it at this time. I called my bank to asked if this was true guess what absolutley not. They lie cheat and steal peoples money and get away with it. I don't think it will ever stop! This whole nightmare has left me frazzled, when I was making copies of all my stuff I was bawling the whole time thinking what did I do wrong, I've been a good customer paid my seller fees on time all the time etc. I did not sleep for 4 days straight trying to think of what to do. They whittled me down and broke my spirit you will never see me use either one again. Please all Paypal user read the PayPal agreement! They hope you won't and then get you in the end. Learn from my mistakes. I detest both of them they are vile!
