Ripoff Change agreement, and refusing to send product I orderd asking for more more money Moscow Russia

I paid Tradestone Corporation $15.000US for some laptops. They agreed with me to pay a sum of money $15.000 after the company receive the money they change the agreement and said if I do not pay another $5000 US more. They will keep all my money $15.000US and the laptops and said I an a swindle. All I want trade Stone Corporation to do is send laptops I paid for or My money back. I cannot get no more money to send because they stayed to long to send the laptops that everyone I took money from asked for thair money back. Can you help.
