Mr Brody McCain, contacted me through a Craigslist ad I posted for a lot of 50 each of cdroms, batteries, and power cords for Dell laptop computers. I was looking to just sell these as lot, but after arriving to deliver them in Tacoma, and finding he did not have the money on him to cover the transaction, we arrivd at an agreement in which I would leave some of the parts (10 of each) which he would use to repair the laptops he already had.
He was then to sell the laptops. After the laptops were sold, the agreement was to divide any monies from that sale in half. My parts, his laptops, without parts, 50/50. This would be a fair arrangement if he had followed through on his end of the agreement, though that would not be the way things worked out.
After, a couple months of correspondence back and forth, and email after email of stalling and false promises, he eventually just stopped responding at all when I demanded he pay for the parts at a very reasonable price of $10 each for a total of $300. This man is a fraud and scammer. He sells sub par laptops, mostly older Pentium 3's which aren't even worth the price he's selling them for. Especially when you can can get a low end new laptop for $300.
