I payed ibincorporators $200 for compoany formation in Delaware my company did not get formed and ibincorporators kept my money, as simple as that! Why they would run with a small sum is obviously because they are doing it to more than one users in cyberspace enough top get as much victims monies duriong their time on thw web. I complained to the bbb but they stand for bad businness beuru.
I tried to contact the director Marie P Jorckzak but did not get any replies. After thesite was gone i just discovered they are back on the web again to take peoples honest hard earned money. Do not use theuir service or site or links to their other deceptive services as they will leave you feeling very negative about your own actions dealing with them. Espicially if you are overseas, they will take full advantage.
