I paid to get incorporated but it never happened

I paid national business incorporators $445 to get me an LLC. This was 80 days ago today. I got many clever excuses from Susan Green explaining the delay. It seems like a one lady operation.

I used them because they are mentioned in "the official ebay bible". I thought this gave them credibility. They also list an office in Las Vegas.
